SUBLIME SYNAESTHESIA 03
Sublime Synaesthesia 03 explores the patterns of both learned and instinctive behaviours in wild environments, utilising simulation and semiotics inspired by observed human behaviours.
Sublime Synaesthesia is an interdisciplinary artistic research project inspired by mountain ecosystems and our complex relationship with these landscapes. The project consists of a collection of observations, speculations, and studies exploring themes such as the sublime in nature, conservation, and ecofeminist science fiction. Using new digital technologies, the project seeks to uncover lesser-known narratives and atypical connections in the interactions between humans and nature. Created in collaboration with Tom Teulon.

SUBLIME
SYNAESTHESIA
This itteration of sublime synaesthesia concerns 'the formation of the Oslo Rift. Oslo may seem an unlikely place to experience the sublime but in the liminal spaces of the city one can read the fingerprints of a deep and violent past.

FJELLET KALLER
In this project the Fjellvettreglene (The Norwegian Mountain Code) are used as a framework to investigate and to better understand the mountain's function in both the biosphere and the human psyche. The exhibition is based on Fjellvettregel no. 2: 'Tilpass turen etter evne og forhold'.
LA FJELLA LEVE!
This project emerged as part of a bigger investigation into the then ongoing development of wind-energy in Trøndelag, FosenVind was said to become Europes biggest windpark on land when finished in 2020. These new wind-parks were not only going to ruin and scar the mountains forever, but were violating human rights, suppressing indigenous culture and destroying important reindeer herding land.
